These Terms of Service govern your use of Autobaltix (autobaltix.com), operated by Celoce OÜ. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Platform role
Autobaltix is an intermediary marketplace. We connect customers who need car or motorcycle repair with independent workshops. We do not provide repair services ourselves, employ the workshops, or guarantee the quality or outcome of any repair. Any contract for repair work is formed directly between the customer and the chosen workshop.
2. Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate information when posting a job, including a valid email address, name, phone number and vehicle registration plate. You confirm you are authorised to arrange repair of the vehicle described. Jobs must not be posted for illegal purposes, or for vehicles you do not own or have authority over.
3. Workshop obligations
Workshops must hold all applicable licences and insurance required by the laws of their country of operation. Quotes must be honest and achievable. Workshops must not contact customers outside of the Autobaltix platform until contact details are shared through an accepted quote. Creating fake listings or otherwise gaming the platform is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Workshop access requires a paid monthly subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice.
5. Liability limitation
Autobaltix is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by workshops, or for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability to any user is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the platform to post spam, collect data by scraping, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or engage in any activity that disrupts other users or our infrastructure.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Workshop subscriptions are not refunded upon termination for cause.
8. Dispute resolution
We encourage parties to resolve disputes directly. If you have a complaint about the platform, contact us at info@autobaltix.com. For unresolved disputes, the competent court is Harju County Court, Estonia.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribed workshops by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
